When will my order ship and when will it arrive?
Orders that are ready to ship, will be be shipped out as fast as we possibly can in the order they are received! All orders will be shipped using FedEx Express. Except for the following:
- Shipping addresses that are PO Boxes will be shipped using USPS Priority.
- Orders containing ammo will be shipped using FedEx Ground.
- Large/Bulk items will be shipped using FedEx Ground.
What are the current FedEx Express Delivery times?
FedEx Express shipments are being delivered 1-3 days after we ship. Most orders will be delivered in 1-2 days, which is an expedited shipping method. But please note, some order shipped on Friday or Saturday will delivered on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

My order is not shipping, what is going on?
If you have not received your tracking email within 4 days of placing your order, we may be waiting on an item(s) to arrive from a distributor or manufacturer. If you feel this may be the case, please reach out to us for more info! We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have about your order.
What are the best ways to contact HOTA to inquire about your order?
The preferred method is via the INTEGRATED CHAT SYSTEM on our website, this is located on the lower right hand side of the screen on your desktop or mobile devices. You can also submit a TEXT to 979-202-1955, these will be addressed on a best effort basis. However, we do not recommend EMAIL for time sensitive matters as these will be responded on a best effort basis, and the response wait time can vary between 2 to 4 days.
Holiday Shipping Statement
We work hard to get your order out to you as soon as possible! You will always receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped, and tracking info can be found within your HOTA Account.
We process and fulfill orders Monday-Friday and work to get orders out the door within ~3-5+ business days (not including Holidays)
