Heart of Texas Arsenal can assist you with the transfer service for your firearm. The transfer process consists of the following steps:
Step 1: Send an email to Diego Izurieta (diego@heartoftexasarsenal.com) and include the following information:
- Name as shown on Texas ID (First, Middle and Last)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Older than 21 years of age (Yes/No)
- Texas License to Carry (Yes/No)
- Name and contact information of business where the transfer is coming from. (it is your responsibility that the business where you made the purchase contact us, and provide the necessary information for transfer)
- Comments or short description of what you want to transfer
- Tracking number if provided (this will speed up the processing time when your firearm arrives at our business)
Step 2: We will send you a confirmation email. Please make sure to read our transfer policies in the confirmation email.
Step 3: We will contact you when your firearm is available for pick up.
Step 4: When you come to pick up your firearm, we will conduct a background check, so please be sure to bring your current government issued ID.
- $35 transfer fee first firearm, any additional firearm $20 (if paid using credit card).
- $30 transfer fee first firearm, any additional firearm $15 (if paid using cash).
- $25 transfer fee first firearm, any additional firearm $15 (if paid using cash and have a valid Texas LTC).
** Multiple firearm transfers done at the same time WILL BE share with Law Enforcement**
** Any transfer send to HOTAR WITHOUT MANAGEMENT APPROVAL will be subject to an extra fee and wait time. We reserve the right to refuse any TRANSFER THAT HAS NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY APPROVED**
