Understanding Your Order Statuses
At Heart of Texas Armory, we use several internal statuses to keep track of your order as it moves through our system. Below is a clear explanation of what each status means so you know exactly where your order stands.
New Order - This is the first status your order receives after you place it. We are currently verifying the order to ensure it is legitimate and can proceed safely. Most orders move forward quickly once verification is complete.
Processing (AV) - Great news — your order has passed our automatic verification process successfully. It is now moving forward to the next stage.
If your order remains in Processing (AV) for more than 2 or 3 days, please reach out to us via text us at (979) 202-1955 for more information.
Manual Verification Required - We were unable to automatically verify some details of your order. In this case, someone from our team will reach out to you (usually by text or phone) to complete verification manually. This helps protect both you and us from potential issues.
In Process 1 - Excellent sign! This means we are actively working on your order. We are either pulling items from our shelves or the product is on its way to our shop from a distributor or manufacturer. Your order is getting close to shipping.
In Process 2 - Similar to In Process 1, but your order is partially pulled or one or more items are still inbound from a distributor or manufacturer.
In Process 3 - We are currently out of stock on one or more items in your order and are actively working to source them. Please text us at (979) 202-1955 for the latest update and estimated time of arrival (ETA) on your order.
In Process (PFB) - This is a positive internal status. It means your order is very close to shipping — we are finishing up the final steps before creating your shipping label.
In Process (PFA) - Your order has been partially fulfilled. We may be waiting on one or more remaining items. Feel free to text us at (979) 202-1955 for a specific update on the missing pieces.
Ready To Ship - Your order is fully prepared and we are about to purchase the shipping label. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as the label is created.
How to Check Your Order Status
- Log into your account on our website and view your order history.
- Check your email (including spam or promotions folder) for updates.
