Why is my credit card getting declined?
If you are attempting to submit an order and your credit card is being declined, it's most likely a result of our beefed up anti-fraud suite. This is in place to protect our store and the card holder from fraudulent charges. The decline is most likely a result of a mismatch of your billing address. The billing address that you type in during the checkout process must match exactly what the bank has on file associated with your card. So double check to make sure the address matches 100%. Sometimes even an abbreviated street (st) or road (rd) can trigger the decline. If you are not sure how the bank has your address formatted, you can always call the number on your card. Or you can sometimes locate that information online by logging into the account of your bank / credit card's website.
