Faxon M&P Shield barrels feature our signature "X" logo engraved on the top of the hood, with layered pocketing and caliber identification on the ejection port side. Both threaded and non-threaded versions feature straight fluting and are compatible with M&P Shield 1.0, 2.0, and the new Shield Plus.

A fine addition to a fine pistol
You can almost never go wrong with adding a threaded barrel to your pistol. On it's own, it will give you a slight but noticeable performance boost. But when I add the Samson Compensator to my Shield Plus, it makes it just as much of a smooth experience as my good friend's Glock 19.
