What are Pre-orders?

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. Each product or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.

Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

The pre-order service offered by Heart of Texas Armory allows you to order a product or item before it becomes available on our website.

The following conditions apply for pre-orders:

1. Availability: 

Pre-ordered items are sold on a first come, first served basis.

2. Delivery: 

We aim to ship pre-ordered products within one day of receiving the goods. 
Delivery timelines will apply from the moment the pre-ordered product is shipped.

3. Payment:

Payment is taken and processed at the time your order is placed.
If for any reason we cannot fill your order, a full refund will be issued.

4. Cancellations:

We will accept cancellations of pre-ordered items before the order has shipped, however if this becomes a regular occurrence we reserve the right to refuse further orders.
