The Merata is another limited edition collaboration with Anton Tkachenko, coming on the heels of the Makani. It follows a similar form factor with organic curves, a little Persian flair, and plenty of all-around functionality built in. It is also another sizeable knife that doesn't feel quite so large thanks to Anton's design and WE's manufacturing prowess, respectively. The manageable weight and stellar ergonomics contribute to it feeling much more wieldy - in the hand and the pocket - than nearly anything else its size.
