Why Choose the 20 MOA Version?
Standard mounts are "flat" (0 MOA). When you are shooting at extreme distances, you often run out of "up" adjustment on your scope's elevation turret.
The 20 MOA cant physically tilts the front of the scope slightly downward. This forces you to point the barrel higher to center the reticle on the target, effectively "giving back" 20 minutes of angle to your turret's adjustment range. It’s a must-have if you plan on pushing a 30mm tube scope past 600–800 yards.
