The brand new Stalker EDC Lite fixed blade starts with a thin 1/16” blade stock of 8670 high carbon steel. The thinness of the blade material contributes to its extreme lightweight and also allows it to be incredibly slicy! The Stalker EDC Lite makes for the perfect Everyday Carry blade without weighing you down. Weighing in at only 1.9 oz, the Stalker EDC Lite is light enough that you will almost forget that you're carrying it. But despite it's compact size, it is still capable enough to handle pretty much any task you might throw at it. The compact 2.5" blade length excels at standard EDC task, but it is also perfectly suited as a bushcraft, hunting or skinning knife. And with the blade being well under 3", it is pretty much legal to be carried anywhere. Born from the same DNA as other Black Knight Blades knives, the spine of the knife will also throw an impressive amount of sparks when paired with a fero rod / fire starter.
The Stalker EDC Lite comes with a lightweight fold-over kydex sheath that is paired with an UltiClip Slim 2.2. 8670 Steel Toughness
8670 steel toughness is unrivaled in the knife steel world. It offers outstanding toughness, a score of 10/10 when rating the toughness. The only few steels that come close to this are 5160, 14C28N, and CPM 3V. 1095 steel is more prevalent in the knife-making industry than 8670, but 8670 offers much better toughness and edge holding ability.
