RMR/407C/507C/508T/507 COMP/RMR Footprint- is made of 7075 aluminum then hard anodized. OEM Optics Ready Iron sights will work and sit around a lower 1/5th. For the Trijicon RCR and a lower 1/5th we recommend the XS R3D Suppressor Height Sights. RCR users will need to head to the link below and purchase longer 6-32 Capstan screws as the included screws with the optic are not long enough and we do not manufacture those screws. DOGTAG Holster compatibility issues only exist with older Safariland 6390s and Alien Gear Rapid Force. The newer Safariland holsters and Aliengear Rapid Force Level 3 have been modified but are still not compatible with larger longer optics like the RMR HD and SRO due to the ALS design. The DOGTAG goes right where the ALS extensions sit. If you purchase a DOGTAG and have a duty holster retention issue, we will issue a 100% refund.
As always, included with the plate is hardware to mount it, Torx Bit, and a small tube of Vibratite to complete the job.
Different guns cycle at different rates and different forces. Some screws are thicker than others and hold optics and plates of different weights. We recommend replacing screws every 10,000 rounds to minimize risk and a potential screw failure.
