A Quick Note on Response Times
If you don’t get an immediate reply, please don't worry—we aren’t ignoring you! As a small, dedicated team, we are often hands-on with inventory or assisting other customers.
The "Shipping Rush" (11:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST): Our busiest time of day is during our daily shipping window. Between 11:00 and 4:30, we are focused on getting orders out the door and into the mail. Response times across all channels will be a bit slower during these hours, but we will get back to you as soon as the day's shipments are cleared!
