The Holosun 509PLT-CZP10 is designed to allow you to attach the Holosun HE509T optic to CZ P10 slides without using multiple adapter plates. Install the 509PLT-CZP10 adapter plate directly to your slide and then attach your Holosun HE509T to the plate for a lower overall height.
