Holosun HS503CU Red Dot - 2 MOA Red Dot & 65 MOA Circle

This review is more for the HE503CU with green reticle. I wanted the Red reticle HS503CU but it was still enroute so Neal suggested the Green Reticle. I was doubtful at first due to previous experience with the Green reticle disappearing on green foliage. Well, I'm glad I did took Neals words about its merits. Construction dictates quality, Glass were clear with LED diode located at 9:00 looking at target doesn't hinder ones engagement. Clarity is superb with 65MOA circle and 2 MOA dot are as sharp as could be. Having astigmatism, I thought this would be another starburst but due to the crisp LED reticle, everything looks sharp and very distinct. It really gets daylight bright that even at high noon I have to leave it at 5-6 settings. There were still starburst but it was reduced to minute level almost nil. Lil squinting and it vanishes. Reticle color was bright almost like Neon Green none that can be observed in nature. Elevation and Windage adjustment are both audible and tactile. Wished it came with both ocular and objective snap cover instead of that bra. Even at low setting it was very distinguishable. I mounted mine on a 2.26" Unity Fast Mount and it was just right there. It was a joy to run this on my new build Alpha hits on every target. I absolutely loved this optics and I'm glad I took Neal offer and suggestions to go for an upgrade at a minimal fee, almost nothing come to think of it since it was shipped out fast. Neal is very attentive and cares about his customers, listens to their needs and go out of his way to earn your trust and confidence. He is authentic. My only apprehension is with the way he conducts his business, he'll grow big and gets so busy that he might not have time for small customers like me. I pray not.
