PURCHASE POLICIES
- All firearm sales are final. NO RETURNS.
- Return to manufacturer for warranty service.
- Actual buyer must pickup from FFL dealer who will conduct the background check.
- Firearm transfer must be the actual transferee/buyer
- All firearm purchases require valid U.S. government issued ID and related firearm paperwork.
- You must pass a criminal background check for all firearm purchases.
- Age and residency restrictions apply.
- You must meet all other requirements as set forth by applicable Federal, state and local statutes, rules and regulations for firearm purchase.

- HEART OF TEXAS ARSENAL reserves the right to refuse the sale of firearms to anyone for any reason.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations for the purchase of firearms.
- Please note a 10% restocking fee will be charged if your item is not picked up.
- A fee would not apply if your item is incorrect, damaged, or a failed background check occurs.
