The Recover Tactical PIXPMG02 is the "Mid-Tier Plus" bundle for the P-IX+ system in Tan (FDE).

While the "PB" model we looked at is the bare-bones basic kit, and the "PMGST" is the fully-loaded kit with a stock, the PIXPMG02 is a specific configuration that focuses on enhanced front-end utility and magazine storage but usually leaves the stock/buffer tube choice up to you (or includes specific front-end accessories instead).

What’s Included in the PIXPMG02:

• P-IX+ Chassis (Tan): The latest version of the housing with an improved reinforced upper rail.
• PG9 Pistol Grip: The upgraded grip that has an integrated slot to hold a spare Glock magazine.
• MG9 Angled Mag Pouch: An additional mag holder that mounts to the front Picatinny rail, serving as a foregrip.
• SR20 Side Rails: Left and right Picatinny rails for mounting lights or lasers.
• Metal Front Guard (MFG): A heat-shielded metal tip that protects the polymer chassis from muzzle blast.

The Major Differences

The "PMG" in the SKU stands for Pistol grip mag holder, Metal front guard, and Grip (angled mag pouch).

Why choose this version?

The inclusion of the Metal Front Guard is the biggest selling point here. If you plan on doing high-volume shooting or using a Glock 17/19 with a standard barrel, the muzzle sits very close to the polymer edge. The metal guard prevents the plastic from melting or carbon-scoring over time.

• Glock Models: Fits G17, G19, G45, G22, G23, G31, G32 (Gen 2-5).
• Glock 34/35 Warning: While the standard P-IX fits the G34, the Metal Front Guard included in this specific kit is often not compatible with the extra-long G34/35 slides unless you remove the guard.
