*This is a combo that includes both the front (MNT-757) and rear (MNT-957) sight*
The UTG ACCU-SYNC Spring-loaded Flip-up Front Sight combo are precision machined from matte black anodized aircraft aluminum. The low profile mounting base securely attaches to any Picatinny rail and uses squared recoil stops for a secure zero hold and return to zero. The spring-loaded Posi-lock retention design locks the sight tower when it is both folded down and deployed, preventing the sight tower from collapsing when the sight is in use.

UTG Accu-Sync Spring Loaded Sights
I have always gotten good service and accuracy from these sights. They are good quality and relatively inexpensive and seem to hold up well in service. The button is a little stiff at first but gets better with use. The processing from Heart of Texas Armory was quick (they even called to make sure of my address, it can be spelled two ways) and they were soon at my door. I'll definitely be doing business with Heart of Texas again.

Great sights
I don't normally write reviews, but I am really impressed with this BUIS. Traditionally, for my builds I usually got Troy sights. I'm familiar with UTG and always thought them to be synonymous with cheaply made and poor quality but for this BUIS I had seen all these people on other sights raving about them, and then a friend had tried them and really liked them so I thought "what the heck, i'll give them a try". Got them FedEx today, put them on, made sure set to mechanical zero, Ran out to the range and zeroed at 50 yards with 3 clicks up and one click left. Proceeded to put 200 rounds down range with them and zero held, 1 inch groups consistent, and sights sturdy as a rock. Workmanship is great, materials great, someone was paying attention when they designed and built these. Just one little thing with them - on the small peep hole aperture, the finish is a little bit reflective around the peep hole, a dull gloss, and this causes a slight dull gloss that sort of interferes with using the aperture because its a light reflection. I dulled it up some with a very small dab smear of flat black paint and it was perfect. This is a backup iron sight for a Sig Romeo MSR red dot, and they are perfect for the job. Troy sights are great, quality and dependability and all that goodness we all probably like. But face it, Troy sights are really overpriced especially for a backup for a red dot that you might use at some point but probably won't any time soon and 99% of you with a quality red dot will never have to switch to backup irons because the red dot optic quit working suddenly in some emergency or life-n-death situation. Troy has built a name for its self, but a lot of whats being paid for now for a set of Troy sights with this current pandemic scarcity of weapons parts and ammo - a lot of what is being paid is for the Troy name. The heck with paying $200.00 for a set of Troy sights, from now on I'm buying these.
