First and foremost, the Banter is an ideal size for everyday carry. The nearly three-inch blade is housed in a compact handle so the overall length is just a hair over six-and-a-half inches. The wide base gives you ample room to grip and places the cutting surface right next to the fingers for more leverage. It's a simple shape with carbon fiber and stainless steel liner construction but what it lacks in design aesthetics it more than makes up in terms of ergonomics and strength. It's comfortable, solid, and it just flat out gets the job done. Dual thumb studs allow multiple opening methods but the deep-carry pocket clip is only set-up for tip-up, right-hand carry. The jimping on the thumb ramp is ultra-functional and the lanyard hole is large enough for 550-paracord. Ben thought of everything on the Banter and we welcome it as a force to be reckoned with in the growing realm of EDC knives.
