POF-USA Minuteman 16.5" Complete Upper Receiver – 5.56 NATO
The Patriot Ordnance Factory (POF-USA) Minuteman Complete Upper (01652) is a high-performance, "out-of-the-box" solution built for those who demand reliability and precision in a defensive or sporting carbine. The Minuteman series is designed to be a "everything you need, nothing you don't" platform, incorporating POF's most essential innovations. At its core is a 16.5-inch 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel barrel with a 1:8 twist rate, finished in Black Nitride for extreme durability and long-term accuracy. This barrel features POF's proprietary E2 Extraction Technology, which uses four small channels in the chamber to allow gas to push the spent casing back, significantly reducing the strain on the extractor and increasing the rifle's overall lifespan.
The upper comes equipped with a KeyLock Bolt Carrier Group, which features a permanently staked gas key and a high-lubricity finish for effortless cleaning. The 14.5-inch Renegade M-LOK handguard provides a slim, ergonomic grip with plenty of space for lights, lasers, and other accessories, while also featuring multiple QD sling attachment points. To maximize accuracy and heat dissipation, the Minuteman uses an oversized heat sink barrel nut, providing more surface area than standard designs to keep the barrel cool during high-volume fire. This complete upper is topped off with the POF-USA 3-Port Muzzle Brake, designed to virtually eliminate muzzle rise for faster, more accurate follow-up shots.
