This is the FFT Vintage Throwback Follower in Charcoal Anodize. Back in the day, Benelli actually made a two-piece follower for the Benelli M4, which consisted of a dark grey or charcoal-colored follower with a red plastic insert for visibility. However, at some point in the late 2000s or early 2010s, they discontinued that version of the follower and instead went with the more common one-piece anodized follower.
Nothing at all wrong with Benelli's decision - likely a cost-savings maneuver. However, I was always fond of the two-piece version and thought that it added another ounce of uniqueness and sophistication that no other shotgun had.
So here in 2024, we bring it back in all it's glory. Made in California with the most sophisticated processes and finest materials, we present the long gone but not forgotten two-piece follower for those of us who want the best.
