- Ensure the host rifle is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically verified empty.
- To remove an existing stock, lift or pull down on the adjustment latch cross-pin completely and slide the old stock off the rear of the buffer tube.
- Align the Adaptive Tactical ARKUS stock with the Mil-Spec buffer tube, depress the adjustment pin fully, and slide the stock onto the receiver extension.
- Release the lever and test all adjustment notch positions to ensure positive pin engagement and a secure, wobble-free shoulder fit.
