As the 509T uses a unique integrated "clamp" system rather than traditional screw-down holes, this mount acts as the definitive interface for AR-15s, carbines, and PCCs. The Lower 1/3 Co-Witness height provides a 1.6" optical centerline, elevating the dot above standard iron sights to offer a clearer, less obstructed field of view while still allowing the irons to be visible in the lower portion of the window for emergency backup use.
