Precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, the Inline Scout Mount features three cantilevered mounting position sets that allow users to cantilever the light body forward past the end of the handguard or adjust clearance around front iron sights, lasers, and IR illuminators. Installation Sequence:
- Safety check the firearm: clear magazine, lock action rearward, and physically/visually inspect chamber to verify clear weapon.
- Unscrew and remove the factory Picatinny or swivel adapter mount from the base of your Scout weapon light body.
- Select one of the three sets of mounting holes on the Arisaka ISM-M-TN to achieve desired forward cantilever and sight clearance.
- Attach the light body to the Arisaka mount using the provided flat-head light screws (apply non-permanent blue threadlocker Loctite 242 and torque to 12–15 in-lbs).
- Insert M-LOK T-nuts into selected handguard slots, align mount, and torque M-LOK screws to 35 in-lbs using the included IP20 Torx driver.
