Fitment Matrix: Direct fit for all standard AR-15, AR-10, and SR-25 lower receivers.
- Verify host firearm is completely clear, magazine removed, safety engaged, and chamber physically confirmed empty.
- Carefully loosen existing pistol grip screw on underside of lower receiver while controlling the safety selector spring and detent located on the right rear side.
- Remove old grip, retaining the safety selector detent and spring.
- Insert safety selector spring and detent into the retention channel of the B5 Systems Type 23 P-Grip.
- Align grip with receiver tang, seat spring flush, apply medium threadlocker (Blue Loctite 242) to the included mounting screw, and torque to 25–30 in-lbs before range staging.
