The Primal is a compact, backup karambit - if there is such a thing - meant for last-ditch tactical scenarios. It doesn't have the signature pinky ring you find most often on this type of knife but that would just add another inch to the handle without providing too much in return. The shape of the handle provides a rock-solid reverse grip and we don't think you need a ring here at all. The included IWB Kydex sheath has a little extra material on the inner half making resheathing the knife when it's situated against your body a tad safer. Devastatingly effective in the right hands, and also highly effective in untrained ones.
