- Verify the firearm is completely clear, safe, and unloaded before beginning installation.
- Depress the existing magazine release button deeply into the lower receiver channel using a punch or wooden dowel, then unscrew the magazine catch arm counter-clockwise from the left side of the receiver.
- Insert the new BAD-MRK-PK2 spring and magazine catch button into the right side of the receiver, thread the magazine catch shaft from the left, and spin until flush with the button face. Test empty magazine seating and drop-free function before live fire.
