Built upon a precision forged 7075-T6 aluminum upper receiver, it provides the structural rigidity necessary to handle extreme firing schedules without shifting point of impact or compromising bolt alignment.
At the core of the assembly is a 16-inch 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel barrel featuring a 1:7 twist rate, optimized to accurately stabilize a wide range of projectile weights from standard 55-grain loads to heavy 77-grain duty ammunition. The smooth mid-length gas system reduces felt recoil impulse and component wear compared to traditional carbine-length systems. Installation Sequence:
