- Verify host upper receiver and barrel are completely clear, bolt carrier group removed, and workspace clean.
- Insert gas tube into the top port of the BCM gas block, aligning the roll pin holes, and tap the included gas tube roll pin completely flush.
- Apply a high-temperature threadlocker (Loctite 242/243) to the two included knurled steel set screws.
- Slide the gas block assembly onto the 0.750" barrel journal, aligning the gas port hole and seating the rear set screw directly into the barrel dimple.
- Torque set screws evenly to 25–30 in-lbs using an Allen key, verifying clear alignment prior to sliding the free-float rail over the barrel.
