The C&H Precision V4 MIL / LEO Adapter Plate for CZ P-10 (CZ-RSH) is a precision-engineered mounting solution designed to attach industry-standard Trijicon RMR footprint optics to CZ P-10 Optics Ready (OR) pistol slides. Built for duty, competition, and tactical applications, this plate adapts CZ P-10 C, P-10 F, P-10 S, and P-10 OR models to accept full-sized red dot sights including the Trijicon RMR / SRO, Holosun 407C / 507C / 508T / 507Comp, and C&H EDC-XL / COMP series.
Precision-machined from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum on HAAS CNC machines, the CZ-RSH plate features C&H's patented 416 stainless steel T-Nut system. This innovative hardware architecture provides an industry-leading 6 to 7 full threads of engagement, dramatically reducing stress on mounting threads during harsh recoil cycles and ensuring maximum thread retention under continuous firing.

Fitment Matrix: Direct fit for CZ P-10 Optics Ready (OR) slides (P-10 C, P-10 F, P-10 S). Converts factory slide cut to standard Trijicon RMR / Holosun 407C/507C/508T footprint. Note: Always dry-fit all hardware components to check screw length and thread engagement prior to applying threadlocker.
- Verify the handgun is completely clear, safe, and unloaded before servicing. Clean factory slide cut threads thoroughly.
- Place the C&H adapter plate onto the CZ P-10 OR slide cut and insert the patented 416 stainless steel T-Nuts into the plate cutouts.
- Secure the plate to the slide using the included M3 x 6mm plate screws, torquing to 12–15 in-lbs. Place your optic onto the plate and torque the corresponding optic screws into the T-Nuts (12–15 in-lbs max) with a drop of blue threadlocker.
