The Calculated Kinetics DOGTAG Optic Plate System (KIM2K11-RMRDT) in Black is an advanced optic mounting solution specifically engineered for Kimber 2K11 and Kimber Warrior optic-ready handguns. Designed to adapt Kimber's factory slide cut to the popular Trijicon RMR footprint, this adapter plate enables the mounting of red dot optics including the Trijicon RMR, SRO, Holosun 407C, 507C, 508T, and RMR-footprint micro reflex sights.
CNC-machined from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in a matte black hard-coat anodization, the KIM2K11-RMRDT incorporates Calculated Kinetics' patented DOGTAG design feature. The integral front deflector ledge extends upward in front of the optic's objective lens, shielding the optic glass from expelled brass, carbon residue, and gases while providing a rugged ledge for one-handed slide racking drills.

Fitment Matrix: Fits optic-ready Kimber 2K11 and Kimber Warrior handguns. Top surface accommodates optics utilizing the Trijicon RMR footprint (Trijicon RMR/SRO, Holosun 407C/507C/508T, RCR, and compatible optics).
- Ensure the host handgun is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically verified empty.
- Clean and degrease the slide optic pocket and all tapped mounting holes using isopropyl alcohol.
- Place the DOGTAG adapter plate into the Kimber slide cutout, ensuring flush seating and alignment with the slide screw holes.
- Apply a drop of medium-strength blue threadlocker to the plate-to-slide screws and torque to 12–15 in-lbs. Mount the RMR-pattern optic onto the plate posts and torque optic screws to 12–15 in-lbs using a calibrated torque driver.
