ETS Group CZ Scorpion Translucent 40 Round Gen 2 Magazine 9MM Fits CZ Scorpion Polymer Clear CZEVO 40G2 UPC 810127170049
Product Description
The ETS Group CZ Scorpion Translucent 40-Round Gen 2 Magazine in Clear (MPN: CZEVO-40G2) is an ultra-durable, high-capacity aftermarket magazine engineered specifically for CZ Scorpion EVO 3 carbines and pistols chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum. Providing an expanded 40-round payload, this Gen 2 magazine features upgraded internal geometry and re-engineered feed lips to deliver flawless feeding and long-term reliability during high-volume tactical training and PCC competitions.
Precision-molded in the USA from ETS's proprietary advanced translucent polymer, the CZEVO-40G2 offers extreme impact resistance—it will not crack or become brittle when dropped on hard concrete or subjected to extreme environmental cold/heat. The completely clear translucent body allows shooters to instantly visually verify round count and ammo type at a glance. Additionally, the polymer body features superior chemical resistance, ensuring it will not degrade when exposed to harsh bore solvents or gun cleaning chemicals.
The Gen 2 evolution incorporates a heavy-duty, creep-resistant feed lip architecture that resists spreading under full spring tension, allowing magazines to remain loaded for extended periods without feed failures. Equipped with a specially designed anti-tilt follower and a high-tensile steel spring, the ETS CZEVO-40G2 inserts smoothly into CZ Scorpion receiver wells and locks in rock-solid, delivering an unbeatable value for 9mm PCC shooters.
Armorer Bench Notes & Real-World Staging Guidance:
Fitment Matrix: Fits CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 / A1 carbines, pistols, and aftermarket lowers designed to accept CZ Scorpion EVO pattern magazines (e.g., PSA Custom Scorpion lowers, Palmetto State Armory AK-V). (Note: Clean internal feed body with a dry microfiber cloth; do not apply liquid petroleum oil or grease inside the magazine tube).
- Perform a complete firearm safety check: drop the magazine, retract the charging handle, visually/physically inspect the chamber through the ejection port, and verify zero live rounds are present.
- Load 9x19mm cartridges into the top feed lips, pressing down and sliding each round rearward against the anti-tilt follower.
- Align the top of the loaded ETS magazine with the lower receiver magwell of your CZ Scorpion.
- Insert the magazine straight up with firm upward pressure until the ambidextrous paddle release clicks positively into place.
- Perform a downward tug test on the floorplate to confirm full latch engagement before chambering a round.
- Retract and release the charging handle to chamber the first round, checking for smooth feed ramp transition.
