Installation Sequence:
- Safety check the firearm: drop the magazine, lock slide rearward, and physically and visually inspect chamber to confirm a clear weapon.
- Unscrew battery cap and insert fresh lithium batteries according to polarity markings, then secure cap tightly.
- Depress side locking tabs or alignment bar on the GTL II mount housing.
- Slide the light onto the frame accessory rail from the muzzle end toward the trigger guard until the cross-locking latch clicks firmly into the rail notch.
- Push against the front housing to confirm zero movement; test rear ambidextrous switches for smooth momentary and constant activation.
