Armorer Bench Notes & Real-World Staging Guidance:
Fitment Matrix: Fits standard Mil-Spec 0.154" small-pin AR-15, M4, AR-10, LR-308, and PCC (Pistol Caliber Carbine) lower receivers. (Note: Not compatible with Colt large-pin 0.169" lower receivers or non-standard receiver geometries without standard trigger/hammer pin spacing).
- Perform a complete firearm safety check: drop the magazine, pull the charging handle rearward, lock the action open, and visually/physically inspect the chamber to verify zero live rounds are present.
- Remove the existing trigger, hammer, safety selector, and trigger/hammer pins from the lower receiver.
- Install the Hipertouch Eclipse trigger body and disconnector assembly into the lower receiver channel, inserting the lower trigger pin.
- Apply a small drop of high-grade grease to the hammer sear notch and NiB contact surfaces.
- Position the hammer assembly, install the upper hammer pin, and attach the top toggle spring frame assembly using your chosen color-coded springs (Yellow for 2.5 lb pull, Blue for 3.5 lb pull).
