Fitment Matrix: Direct fit for factory Heckler & Koch and clone barrels threaded in metric M15x1 Right-Hand (RH), including HK MR556, HK416, HK MR762, HK417, HK91/G3/PTR-91, and HK93/33 platforms. Compatible with both 5.56mm and .308/7.62mm projectile diameters. CRITICAL: Will NOT fit standard American 1/2x28 TPI (AR-15) or 5/8x24 TPI (AR-10) barrel threads without an aftermarket thread adapter. Torque specs: Clean threads thoroughly, apply a thin coat of high-temp anti-seize or non-permanent threadlocker, and torque wrench flats to 25–30 ft-lbs against the barrel shoulder.

Ensure the host firearm is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically verified empty.

Secure the barrel in an armorer's barrel vise block to prevent rotational torque damage to the receiver or barrel extension index pin.

Clean the host barrel’s M15x1 RH muzzle threads thoroughly with a wire brush and degreaser to remove carbon deposits and old threadlocker.

Thread the linear compensator clockwise onto the muzzle by hand, ensuring smooth, non-binding thread engagement all the way down to the barrel shoulder.
