The Holosun P.ID (Positive Identification) Weapon Mounted Light (MPN: P.ID) is a compact, high-output tactical illumination unit engineered for full-size and compact handguns as well as long-gun Picatinny rail configurations. Delivering up to 1,000 lumens and 23,000 candela on high mode, the P.ID provides intense white light coverage to identify potential threats, overcome photonic barriers, and blind adversaries in low-light tactical engagements.

Housed in a rugged CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminum chassis with a matte black hardcoat anodized finish, the P.ID is built to withstand high recoil impulses, extreme thermal cycling, and harsh field environments. Featuring dual-output modes (1,000 lumens / 23,000 candela high mode and 500 lumens / 11,000 candela low mode), shooters can toggle output intensity based on mission requirements, indoor clearing, or battery conservation needs.

Armorer Bench Notes & Real-World Staging Guidance:
Fitment Matrix: Fits standard MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails and Glock-style accessory rail slots on full-size and compact handguns (G17, G19, Sig P320, S&W M&P, CZ P10C, FN 509, etc.) as well as carbine Picatinny forends. Includes interchangeable rail keys to customize lockup position inside weapon rail slots.

Perform a complete firearm safety check: drop the magazine, lock the slide rearward, and visually inspect the chamber to verify zero live rounds are present.

Select the appropriate rail adapter key (Glock or Picatinny interface) and seat it into the top cavity of the P.ID mount interface.

Loosen the rail clamp cross-bolt using a flathead driver or coin.

Slide the P.ID light onto the frame accessory rail until the adapter key seats securely into the rail slot.

Torque the cross-bolt clamp to 10–12 in-lbs (hand tight) to lock the light firmly against the frame.

Connect the included magnetic USB charging cable to a USB power source and snap the magnetic head onto the base charging port until the charging LED indicates full capacity before field deployment.
