Fitment Matrix: Direct fitment for Sig Sauer MPX Gen II and Gen III receiver assemblies. Fully compatible with OEM Sig handguards or aftermarket M-LOK handguards designed for 10.5" or shorter barrels.
- Perform a complete firearm safety check: drop the magazine, lock the bolt rearward, and visually inspect the chamber to ensure zero live rounds are present.
- Loosen and remove the handguard retaining pin and slide the handguard off the receiver.
- Unscrew the two lower receiver barrel clamp screws using a T25 Torx driver.
- Slide the factory barrel assembly forward out of the upper receiver extension channel.
- Apply a thin layer of anti-seize lubricant to the barrel extension sleeve of the ILWT 10.5" barrel.
- Insert the ILWT barrel assembly fully into the upper receiver, torque the T25 barrel clamp screws to 18-20 in-lbs in an alternating sequence, reinstall the handguard, and perform a manual action cycle check before live-fire gas tuning.
