Ensure the safety detent and spring are installed properly through the pistol grip channel when selecting between the 60-degree and 90-degree axle orientation.
- Ensure the host firearm is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically verified empty.
- Loosen and remove the pistol grip to capture the lower receiver safety detent and selector spring.
- Insert the steel selector axle into the receiver, orienting the internal cam channel for your desired throw angle (90-degree standard or 60-degree short throw).
- Reinstall the selector detent, spring, and pistol grip, torquing the grip screw to 30–35 in-lbs.
- Select your desired lever combination (Full, Short, Hybrid, or Blanking Cap) and snap them onto the axle splines until the internal spring pins lock securely into place.
