Fitment & Receiver Compatibility Matrix: Direct-mounts to optics-cut slides and adapter plates featuring the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro (DPP) Footprint (including SIG Sauer P320 RX Series, Springfield Echelon w/ VIS plates, FN 509 tactical plates, and AR-15 offset DPP mounts). Installation Sequence:
- Safety check the firearm: remove magazine, lock action rearward, and physically/visually inspect chamber to confirm a clear weapon.
- Clean slide optics-cut pocket threads to remove factory oils, blue threadlocker residue, or carbon.
- Insert a fresh CR1632/CR2032 lithium battery into the side battery tray.
- Set the OSight SE onto the DeltaPoint Pro indexing posts, ensuring flush, level seating against the slide face.
- Apply non-permanent blue threadlocker (Loctite 242) to the mounting screws, thread into slide, and torque to 12–15 in-lbs using a calibrated torque wrench.
