Fitment Matrix: Fits standard mil-spec AR-15 carbine lower receivers. Utilizes standard AR-15 carbine-length buffers and springs.
- Verify host receiver is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically confirmed empty.
- Thread the included Reptilia carbine receiver extension into the lower receiver, taking care that the buffer retainer pin and spring seat properly.
- Install castle nut and endplate, torquing castle nut to 38-40 ft-lbs and staking the endplate in two locations.
- Insert standard AR-15 carbine spring and buffer into the internal dry-film lubricated extension tube.
- Slide the RECC-E stock body onto the extension, actuate the adjustment latch, and confirm positive lockup in all position notches.
