1. Ensure the host firearm is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically verified empty.

3. Place the mount onto the receiver Picatinny rail, pushing forward toward the muzzle to seat the cross-bolts against the recoil slots. Engage the QD levers and adjust thumb nut tension until levers lock with firm hand pressure.
