Fitment Matrix: Direct fitment for Glock 17 MOS, 19 MOS, 19X, 34 MOS, 35 MOS, and 45 MOS slides. Also fits standard non-MOS Glock double-stack models (G17, G19, G22, G23, G26, G27, G34, G45 Gen 3/4/5).
- Perform a complete firearm safety check: drop the magazine, lock the slide rearward, and visually inspect the chamber to ensure zero live rounds are present.
- Field strip the pistol to isolate the slide assembly.
- Unscrew the factory front sight screw from inside the slide channel using a 3/16" hex thin-wall nut driver and remove the original front sight blade.
- Apply a drop of threadlocker (Blue Loctite 242) to the threads of the new Rival Arms front sight screw, insert through the slide, and torque the front sight firmly in place.
- Use a dedicated pistol rear sight pusher tool to drift out the factory polymer/steel rear sight from left to right.
- Align the Rival Arms rear sight notch and push it from right to left into the slide dovetail, centering the rear sight blade using precision calipers before tightening any set screw.
