The Ruger® 57™ Threaded Barrel Kit in Stainless Steel (SKU: 90739 / UPC: 736676907397) is a genuine factory replacement barrel kit designed to enable suppressor and muzzle device integration on the Ruger® 5.7x28mm pistol. Featuring a factory-manufactured 5.4-inch stainless steel barrel, this kit delivers optimal drop-in fit, reliable feeding, and tight lockup without requiring custom gunsmith fitting.
Threaded in standard 1/2"-28 RH, the extended barrel accepts a wide variety of popular rimfire and centerfire suppressors rated for 5.7x28mm velocities, as well as muzzle brakes and flash hiders. Precision CNC-machined from high-grade stainless steel, the barrel features factory rifling tuned specifically for high-velocity 5.7x28mm ammunition types.
Packaged complete as a factory-authorized kit, it includes the 5.4" threaded barrel, a factory thread protector to shield the 1/2"-28 muzzle threads when shooting unsuppressed, a thread protector washer, and a factory recoil spring assembly for smooth cycling under suppressed gas pressures.

Fitment Matrix: Direct factory drop-in replacement for standard Ruger® 57™ 5.7x28mm full-size pistols. Will NOT fit LC Carbine™, Ruger® Mark Series, or non-Ruger 5.7mm firearm platforms.
- Ensure the Ruger 57 pistol is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically verified empty.
- Field strip the pistol by locking the slide back, rotating the takedown lever, releasing the slide forward, and removing the factory non-threaded barrel and recoil spring assembly.
- Insert the new Ruger factory 5.4" threaded barrel into the slide, followed by the included recoil spring assembly.
- Reassemble the slide onto the frame, perform a function check, and install the thread protector (or desired 1/2"-28 thread muzzle device/suppressor mount) before staging.
