Fitment Matrix: Mounts on standard Mil-Spec carbine receiver extensions (1.148" outer diameter). Does NOT fit pistol-diameter buffer tubes or commercial-spec extensions.
- Verify host AR pistol is completely clear, magazine removed, safety engaged, and chamber confirmed empty.
- Ensure a standard Mil-Spec 6-position carbine buffer tube is securely installed and torqued on the lower receiver.
- Depress the SBA6 adjustment position lever and lift the cross-pin tab slightly to clear the rear lip of the buffer tube.
- Slide the SBA6 brace forward onto the buffer tube until the position pin locks into one of the adjustment detents.
