- Ensure the firearm is completely unloaded, clear the chamber, and remove the magazine before disassembly.
- Lock the slide to the rear, rotate the takedown lever downward, and remove the slide assembly from the frame.
- Push out the single frame retaining pin at the rear of the grip, lift out the self-contained P365 FCU, insert it directly into the new Robin's Egg Blue chassis, and reinstall the pin.
