Fitment Matrix: Direct drop-in fitment for all standard factory P365 Fire Control Units (FCUs) without manual safety (NMS). Compatible with 3.7" barrel P365XL / XMACRO slides and 3.1" barrel slides with integrated slide compensators (P365X Spectre Comp / XMACRO Comp). Requires full-size 17-round P365-XMACRO magazines or extended 21-round magazines for flush seating; 10-round and 12-round flush-body magazines are too short to seat in this grip. Manual safety FCUs require safety detent notch milling.
- Ensure the host firearm is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically verified empty.
- Lock the slide to the rear, rotate the takedown lever clockwise to the 6 o'clock position, and release the slide forward off the frame rails.
- Using a non-marring 3/32" or 1/8" punch, push out the rear receiver retention pin from the polymer grip module.
- Lift the Fire Control Unit (FCU) upward and forward from the rear to unseat it from the legacy polymer chassis.
- Insert the front tabs of your FCU into the forward internal channels of the ECM Precision aluminum grip module, pivot the rear down, reinstall the rear receiver pin, and function check the trigger reset, slide release, and magazine catch lockup before live-fire staging.
