The Sig Sauer ROMEO-M17 (SORM1700) is a world-class, fully enclosed red dot optic engineered specifically for the U.S. Military’s M17 and M18 service pistols. Unlike universal optics that require bulky adapter plates, the ROMEO-M17 utilizes the proprietary SIG-LOC™ (SIG Leverage Optimizing Connection) mounting interface. This system allows the optic to sit incredibly low on the slide, providing a true co-witness with standard-height iron sights and establishing five points of contact for the most secure lockup in the industry. As an enclosed-emitter sight, the optical system is nitrogen-purged and sealed, protecting the LED from rain, mud, and debris for 100% reliability in the harshest 2026 tactical environments.
The ROMEO-M17 features a highly versatile Multi-Reticle System (MRS), allowing users to toggle between a precision 2 MOA dot, a 32 MOA circle, or a combined circle-dot reticle. Built with a rugged 7075 aluminum housing and a integrated gas deflector, it is designed to withstand the violent slide speeds and heat of high-volume fire.
