The Sig Sauer SOT61000-FMSRC optic and lighting combination bundles two critical rifle subsystems into a single, factory-matched tactical engagement system. The primary targeting system features the Tango-MSR 1-6x24mm Low Power Variable Optic (LPVO) constructed with a 30mm maintube machined from aircraft-grade aluminum. High-performance, low-dispersion glass paired with multi-coated optical elements provides high light transmission, edge-to-edge optical clarity, and color fidelity. The optics housing integrates a factory-installed thread-in throw lever to facilitate rapid magnification transitions between 1x true 1:1 dual-eye target acquisition and 6x positive identification.
Target identification in zero-light or target-obscured environments is provided by the included Foxtrot-MSR Compact weapon-mounted light. Delivering a 1,350-lumen output and 33,000-candela peak beam intensity, the Foxtrot-MSR projects a high-efficiency beam across standard defensive distances. Powered by an included 18350 high-capacity rechargeable lithium-ion battery, the compact light features an anodized aluminum body rated IPX7 waterproof. The weapon light includes a direct M-LOK mounting system, push-button tailcap switch, and a remote tape switch with a SureFire-compatible interface plug.
The optic features a second focal plane (SFP) illuminated MSR BDC-6 reticle powered by a standard CR2032 battery. Reticle illumination is adjusted across 11 brightness settings to accommodate low-light or bright daylight environments. The combo includes an ALPHA-MSR 1.535-inch aluminum cantilever mount. Fitment Matrix: Mounts to any standard MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny top rail via the included 1.535-inch height ALPHA-MSR cantilever mount. Foxtrot-MSR light mounts directly to standard M-LOK handguard slots.
- Clear the host firearm and secure the upper receiver in a non-marring vice block or reaction rod.
- Install the ALPHA-MSR cantilever mount onto the upper receiver Picatinny rail, seating cross-bolts firmly against rail slots before torquing base nuts to 65 in-lbs.
- Place the Tango-MSR maintube into the mount rings. Level the reticle using a leveling wedge or bubble levels, then cross-torque scope ring screws in an X-pattern to 18 in-lbs.
- Attach the Foxtrot-MSR light to handguard M-LOK slots using the integrated mount, torquing M-LOK T-nuts to 35 in-lbs.
- Route the remote tape switch wire along the handguard using cable management clips or band ties, plugging the remote lead into the rear tailcap jack. Confirm function of light switch and optic reticle illumination.
