The SilencerCo Bravo ASR Mount (AC824), formerly known as the Harvester Big Bore ASR Mount, is a premium quick-detach (QD) suppressor adapter interface designed to convert HUB/Bravo-pattern thread suppressors to SilencerCo's patented Active Spring Retention (ASR) mounting system. Armorer Bench Notes & Real-World Staging Guidance:
Fitment Matrix: Fits suppressors with standard 1.375"x24 tpi HUB / Bravo rear mounting threads (including SilencerCo Omega 300, Hybrid 46, Harvester EVO/Big Bore, and various aftermarket HUB cans). Mounts onto any SilencerCo ASR Muzzle Brake or ASR Flash Hider.
- Perform a complete firearm safety check: drop the magazine, lock the bolt rearward, and visually inspect the chamber to verify zero live rounds are present.
- Clean the rear threads of your suppressor tube and the outer threads/taper of the ASR muzzle device to remove carbon buildup.
- Thread the Bravo ASR Mount (AC824) into the back of your HUB-compatible suppressor tube using the appropriate spanner wrench, torquing to 30–35 ft-lbs (Rocksett recommended on adapter-to-can threads).
- Rotate the ASR locking ring on the mount to the "Unlocked" position.
- Slide the suppressor and ASR mount fully over the ASR muzzle device until seated firmly against the taper.
- Rotate the locking ring to the "Locked" position until a tactile and audible click confirms positive retention lockup.
