- Verify host firearm is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically confirmed empty.
- Clean slide optic mounting surface or adapter plate interface with a lint-free cloth and degreaser.
- Slide the Steiner MPS 2.0 clamp base onto the ACRO footprint rail dovetail until centered over the cross-bolt slot.
- Apply blue threadlocker to the cross-bolt mounting screw and tighten using a torque wrench to 25-30 in-lbs.
