Fitment Matrix: Direct drop-in fitment for Glock G43, G43X, and G48 factory slides and aftermarket slides built to factory Slimline specifications. CRITICAL: Will NOT fit the Glock G42 (.380 ACP slide channels and extractor geometry differ significantly). Will NOT fit double-stack 9mm, .40 S&W, 10mm, or .45 ACP Glock frames (G19, G17, G26, G20, G21). Never apply oil or grease inside the firing pin channel or onto the firing pin spacer sleeve; the striker channel MUST remain completely clean and dry to prevent hydraulic lockup and light primer strikes.
- Ensure the host firearm is completely clear, magazine removed, slide locked open, and the chamber visually and physically verified empty before bench assembly.
- Depress the firing pin safety plunger and slide spring into the bottom recess of the stripped slide until fully seated and spring tension is verified.
- Install the 17-4 PH extractor into the side ejection port, then insert the extractor depressor plunger assembly (steel end toward extractor, polymer bearing facing rearward) into the right rear slide channel.
