The Trijicon ACOG 3.5x35 BAC Riflescope (TA11-J-100158) is a battle-proven fixed-magnification optical sighting system purpose-built for M16, M4, and AR-15 flattop carbine platforms. Fitment Matrix: Mounts directly to MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny flattop upper receivers via the included TA51 thumbscrew mount. BDC reticle is calibrated for standard 5.56 NATO / .223 Remington loads out of 16-inch barrel configurations.

1. Clean top upper receiver Picatinny rail slots to ensure a solid clamping interface free of debris or grease.
2. Place the TA51 mount onto the receiver rail, pushing the optic forward toward the muzzle to seat cross-bolts firmly against the rail recoil slots.
3. Hand-tighten thumbscrews until snug, then secure an additional 1/4 turn using a coin or screwdriver. Apply Blue Loctite 242 to thumbscrew threads for duty staging.
